Mission description
Ride-share of 10 satellites to sun-synchronous orbit, including: * Guangchuan-03 & 04 (LT-03/04) from LandSpace's subsidiary LandTower for testing and demonstrating LEO communication satellite constellation technologies, including high-speed laser communication nodes/terminals and new-type solar array power systems. * 8 satellites (XSD-39 and XSD-44 through XSD-50) for ADA Space for technology verification of high-performance on-board computing modules, inter-satellite/satellite-to-ground laser communication, and testing of large radiator wings.
How to watch
When Launch Library 2 lists an official YouTube webcast, T-ZERO embeds it here (click play to load the YouTube player). We do not host video ourselves; the stream stays on YouTube. Launch times often move, so reload this page for the latest schedule. External links below if the player fails.
What to expect from 10 satellites
10 satellites flew on a Zhuque-2E Block 2 from Launch Area 96A, Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, People's Republic of China, with LandSpace as the launch provider.
Technology missions demonstrate new hardware or methods in space.
Target orbit: Sun-Synchronous Orbit. A Sun-synchronous orbit is a near-polar orbit that passes over any given place at about the same local solar time each day, which suits Earth-imaging satellites.
Rocket and provider in our data
T-ZERO currently lists 1 launch of the Zhuque-2E Block 2: 1 completed (successful); 0 upcoming. Across all rockets, LandSpace appears on 1 of the 140 launches in our data (1%), using 1 rocket configuration. T-ZERO keeps roughly the last two months of launches plus everything scheduled ahead, so these figures describe recent activity and are not an all-time record.
