China's integrated Lunar Exploration Program combines the crewed lunar landing effort (Long March 10, Mengzhou, Lanyue) with the robotic Chang'e series. Official statements come mainly through Xinhua and the China Manned Space Agency (CMSA).

CMSA reiterated the 2030 goal in May 2026 and listed Long March-10 low-altitude tests and Mengzhou abort tests as completed; technical verification flights of Long March-10 and maiden Mengzhou and Lanyue flights are still to come. 'On track' reflects official statements only, not an independent schedule assessment.

A Feb 11, 2026 low-altitude Long March 10 test (prototype, first-stage recovery, Mengzhou abort test) is not an orbital flight. CMSA has not changed the 2026 target in what we found, but independent trackers expect a slip into 2027, so this may become Slipped. A separate Long March 10B variant reportedly reached orbit in July 2026 (secondary report); we do not count it as the crewed-mission rocket.

CMSA said on Aug 23, 2026 that the mission 'does not meet the conditions for launch' in this year's window. No official new date was given; partner agencies reportedly say 2027 (not verified here). Slip shown is a minimum (to today). The earlier Chang'e-7 target history was not verified.
